Who we are

Hello, I’m Clive.

Like many of you, I started my career in the larger accountancy firms, worked with many “flag ship” clients.  Evolving their policies with them, keeping them up to date with technical changes and coordinating services across multinational jurisdictions so that assignees were looked after.

After 12 years, I decided it was time for a change. I wanted to work in an environment that enabled me to work with more clients with smaller global mobility programmes, as I felt that was where I add most value.

I have gained some incredible knowledge along the way, supporting my clients to navigate their way through cross border tax, social security, incentive planning and pension considerations.

As I developed my own leadership skills, I learnt how a coaching approach can transform the effectiveness of teams and support team members in realising their potential.

I was so inspired by my coaching experiences that I decided to gain coaching accreditation with the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council), with whom I am an accredited Practitioner.

I now get to combine my years of experience in the world of global mobility with my coaching skills, to support individuals and businesses in transforming their performance.

Hello, I'm Sarah.

I worked within the “Big 4” professional services firms in the area of international mobility for over 30 years, including on assignment in Switzerland.

I have in depth experience in all aspects of global mobility, ranging from day-to-day compliance to engaging with the broader business and “ C-Suite" on how cross border moves can support its strategic objectives.  I really enjoy building lasting relationships with my clients, providing bespoke help, no matter the programme size.

As an accredited coach, I enjoy working with teams and individuals to help create that vital space to think, to plan and to debate.

I have seen the world of global mobility evolve, perhaps never more so than in the last 5 years. With individuals increasingly in the driving seat when it comes to where they want to work, it has never been more important for businesses to be able to manage all the moving parts – from talent management to risk management, from the importance of oversight and governance on costs and processes to stakeholder buy in. It makes for a great opportunity to perhaps revisit old practices and create programmes that work for everyone. I would love to be involved in helping you explore what this means for you!
